Tobiano

The neighbourhood of Tobiano, a resort development that sits above Kamloops Lake 15 minutes east Kamloops is set on 1,000 acres. Tobiano offers one of the most incredible golfing experiences in Canada, a marina with water sports, Black Iron Club & Grill with exquisite cuisine and year round events and activities.

Tobiano Real Estate

Tobiano is a master-planned resort development on 1000 acres of rolling ranchland located in the Thompson Nicola region above the shores of Kamloops Lake. The development originally opened its doors to the public in the fall of 2006 and has been growing ever since. Located amongst the 1000 acre development is the 18 holes, multi-award winning, Tobiano Golf Course.

There are a number of different communities within Tobiano. Summers Landing on the Green, Lake Star, Fairway’s Homes, The Bluff single-family home subdivision and the Equestrian single-family home subdivision. Tobiano’s Master Planned residential community really has a style of home for all types and budgets.

Tobiano Shopping/Services

There are currently no grocery stores or retail services in Tobiano. There is a restaurant at the Clubhouse called Black Iron Club & Grill. There is shopping at Aberdeen which is a 15-minute drive to the big box stores like Costco, Canadian Tire, Chapters and Aberdeen Mall. You can also head west down the Trans Canada to the small community of Savona where they have a restaurant, gas station and small store for basics.

Tobiano Schools

Tobiano residents can attend Dufferin Elementary and Sa-Hali Secondary. There is a bus pick up in the centre of Tobiano for all residents to get a ride into the two schools.
