Meet Tristan Norman: Tobiano Real Estate

Tristan moved to Kamloops, from Calgary in 2014, in an attempt to experience the benefits of living in British Columbia and to start a family with his wife Jenny. 6 years and 3 children later, they have settled well in the City. An experienced Project Manager, Tristan has worked in the construction industry for over 14 years, although Tobiano is one of the most beautiful project locations he has witnessed.

Michael Ternier, who owns the Summers Landing Development, met and worked with Tristan during his tenure at Acres Enterprises. It was then that he recognized Michael’s vision and the potential that Tobiano has to offer. Summers Landing is a great project which brings high quality and reasonably priced homes to a market that is very much in need of new housing. The fact that it is surrounded by a top ranked golf course, lake and mountains is also a bonus. Tristan is invested in this project and is committed to bringing more ‘golf course living’ to the market.

Beyond Summers Landing, Tristan and Mike are engaged in project development and pre-construction planning for other growth opportunities in Tobiano. Focused in hospitality and service, these new opportunities are designed to bring new services to Tobiano that the residents need and deserve. This is a long term development that requires a complete vision and Tristan is confident and excited for Michael’s vision of what Tobiano can and will be in the future.
