Many people have been wondering how the Kamloops Real Estate market has been faring during the COVID-19 crisis and it is not all doom and gloom. While the number of Kamloops Homes for sale and units sold in April of 2020 was more than 50% lower, the median residential price slightly increased and the average days on market remained quite similar to that of April 2019.
