Well we're already more than half way through the first month of 2009. The real estate market heavily favours buyers, and they're starting to take action. And why not. Mortgage rates are at a 40 year low, and the selection of homes is fantastic. I have stats and figures, graphs and what-have-you's for anyone who really wants to take a closer look to see if this is the right time to buy.

For those that don't know, the first Monday in December is Kamloops Ski's Free Day at Sun Peaks Resort just 45 minutes from downtown Kamloops. That was yesterday, December 5, 2005 and it was great! All you need is a canned food item for the Kamloops Food Bank and ID showing a local Kamloops adress. Hope to see you out next year.
